What to know before setup.
Is a special device required?
No. The business serves the QR cards and guests use their own phone cameras.
Are the photos stored?
No. Photos are processed only to prepare the story and are not stored in the system.
Are Google reviews posted automatically?
No. Guests post a Google review from their own account on Google’s screen. The system only makes that step easier to reach.
When is the fee charged?
Only when the cup story is completed successfully. The balance is refunded if a technical issue prevents completion.
